As our super fund portfolio management service is fairly unique it is worth spending a moment to explain just how Your Super Admin would work with your firm. The basic premise of our company is that we can operate in the background for each of our client firms and have no direct contact with your SMSF client, or can service your clients on a referral basis. All communication is undertaken by your firm directly to your client unless you authorise us to. Staff at Your Super Admin will liaise with the relevant contact at your firm for any queries relating to the completion of the SMSF annual compliance, consulting work or portfolio administration.

We offer two types of SMSF services;

Your Portfolio Online web based SMSF portfolio management system, V-Wrap. If you have reviewed this system and would like to implement it either as a back office solution for your clients or as a front office solution product offering, but not in a position to commit the resources to it, then Your Portfolio Online may be able to help. www.yourportfolioonline.com.au

With all the benefits of V-Wrap this portal is branded independently of the Your Super Admin offering and able to be licensed as an offering of your business. It is totally anonymous and can be easily accessed by your staff and marketed to your clients with total confidence of client retainment. Your Portfolio Online is not just limited to SMSF's, it can also cater for Individuals, Companies and Trusts adminstration.

Scalability - With this option you can slowly build your client portfolios to be fully integrate your own V-Wrap license. Super Fund Portfolios can then be transferred to your own portal or you can maintain them through Your Portfolio Online if you wish to maintain the outsourced administration.

Cost - Our ongoing fee ranks amongst the most competitive in the industry. This gives you the opportunity to add additional ongoing fees if you wish, and market this service as part of a package to your clients.

Ongoing Support - Your clients will be instructed to direct any support questions with a unique identifier in the subject field of the email to admin@yourportfolioonline.com.au . This will then be rerouted automatically to your office and your staff can then decide how to resolve this.

If clients wish to leave you and deal direct with us we report the contact to you. We will only continue providing services if the client transfers to another accountant or adviser who utilises our system. Unlike most other SMSF providers you can be comforted that your client will never be able to bypass you and use Your Portfolio Online or Super Admin directly if they have engaged our service through your firm.

Your Super Admin offers a full service offering that you can package as part of your own service offering to SMSF, which can include all or some of these offerings, including access to Your Portfolio Online.
